Welcome to Longhorn Silver Works, LLC. By purchasing from our website or in-person, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

Longhorn Silver Works, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Pricing

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our silver products. We do not warrant that the quality of any products will meet your expectations, although we strive for high-quality craftsmanship. Stones have natural inclusions, pitting and healed fractures that are unique to the stone. When you purchase a stone please look carefully and assure you understand the natural elements of your stones prior to purchase, as these are not refundable.

3. Return & Refund Policy (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom products (special orders or personalized items) and sale items are non-refundable.

Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. As stated above, natural stone inclusions, pits or healed fractures are what makes a stone unique and is not considered damage.

4. Shipping & Restocking

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Restocking Fee: Returns received damaged or missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-sized, engraved, or specially ordered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature.

6. Limitation of Liability

Longhorn Silver Works, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our products. In no case shall Longhorn Silver Works, LLC be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any of our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
